Thaci after publishing the full constitutional bias: Kosovo institutions' functioning confirmed

President Hashim Thaci has held the media conference after accepting the Constitutional Court's full justice for its decree on the mandate of forming the government.

“Today, I have accepted the Constitutional Network's Act on the assessment of constitutionality for my decree by which I proposed Mr. Hoti for Prime Minister. Once again, democracy is matured in Kosovo and independent institutions function successfully. The way to forming the government is clear. I hope it's a new chapter for stability”, Thaci said.

He says he has been certain that in his steps taken to mandate Hoti has not violated the Constitution.

I expect the new government to be established as circumstances require a functional and effective Government. Kosovo does not have the luxury of having vacuum in government. I invite political parties and the nominated for prime minister to assume responsibilities”, Thaci has said.
