Thaci: Kosovo and Albania always side by side

The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has held a meeting today with his counterpart from Albania, Ilir Meta.

Thaci has said that with Meta they have talked about restoring to the full normality of citizens' lives in both countries, Kosovo reports.

The sooner the two governments resume co-operation, the sooner we will recover our countries' economies”.

“We also talked about the importance of restarting dialogue with Serbia, which we expect to close all open issues with Serbia and bring mutual interstate recognition”.
