I've called it because there's a group of people who haven't worked on institutional rules, the president said in the Kosovo Clan, Pryscopi conveys.
He said that part of this group, as he said before, were people like Jelal Sfecla, Hakki Abazi at the helm with Kurtinı. /Periscopi/
