Police have arrested a 25-year-old man whose identity has not been first disclosed, but later became known he was from Lebanon. Authorities said this person was arrested at the scene under suspicion of murder and that police are not looking for other suspects.

Police have asked the public to avoid the area where the bloody attack took place and have called for witnesses to hand over possible evidence and information to authorities.
