“Telekom Srbija” is the company close to Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, and his party officials “Srpska Napredna Stranka” (SNS).
Also, this Serbian company has the largest expansion in Serbia's entire territory, it has expanded its market to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Austria.
We remember that on March 2018, Slovenian Telecom became the sole owner of IPKO Telecomunications after buying another 6.89% stake, which he did not own.
According to Telekom Slovenian group, the sale is part of the company's 2019-2023 strategy to consolidate its activity either through enlargement or through the sale of investments in the markets it operates in.
