Eleven years after being given the monopoly for counterparting the company “Europalab”, the State Prosecutor has concluded that in this case there are no elements of corruption. As KOHA has been informed, several days ago special prosecutor Fikrije Feyzullahu has told the investigators that he has decided to close the case.
KOHA has contacted the prosecutor of the case, Feyzullah. She said she'd answer through the Information Office, but she didn't.
The closure of the investigation, meanwhile, has confirmed the Kosovo Police. Through a brief response, this institution has said that the prosecutor of the case has openly announced that the investigation has been closed, KOHA writes.
We've requested that such a thing be made known in writing, but we haven't received an answer yet”, police say.
On August 25, 2019, investigators had requested authorization for interviewing some political figures involved. At the time, however, permission had not been issued for an interview.
