Shasha: Hoti must have support of 2/3 of MPs for restarting dialogue with Serbia

Shasha says that Hoti must have a political platform which should be in the Parliament on the interior political plain and abroad should ensure that there is no division between the United States of America and the European Union regarding the question of dialogue.
