ATK leaders have told Kosovo Prees that 171 thousand workers have so far benefited from a salary for April by the Fiscal Emergency Pack.
ATK Director Ilir Murtezaj claims that more than 20 thousand workers are left without receiving April's salary until it is declared they do not know when the salary distribution will begin for May.
Kosova Prees has asked for answers from the Ministry of Finance and Transfers two days ago, but have not responded to the execution of wages for May.
The entire process from April 11th to May 15th, when there has been a period for application from businesses for compensation of workers' salaries and rents, we have accepted a total of about 193 thousand demands for 193 thousand employed for pay compensation. By last Friday, almost the distribution portion has been examined and submitted for approval. Most of them just took the tools. Totals of workers who have benefited from this Paco, more than 171 thousand workers. As ATK in this direction, we have played a key role, creating first platforms for businesses so that through electronic system, real-time demands can be made. At the same time, it has enabled the Commission, which was created by the Ministry of Finance to collect the data and verify whether the demands have been valid or someone has even attempted to misuse in certain situations”, Murtezaj said.
The ATK director has no knowledge when wages will be accommodated for May, until he says the Ministry of Transference Finance is sponsor of the Fiscal Emergency Pack.
“We know that the sponsor of Pacos Fiscal Efficiency is the Ministry of Finance and Transfers, while we've only been authorized to prepare the platform to enable businesses to submit demand and also use the database of our data in order to become data exchange. While, for other parts, of course, the Ministry of Finance is competent and I'd like to pronounce on the matter”, he said.
Days ago it was reportedly irregularities for sharing of the 170-euro salary means for April by the Ministry of Finance and Transfers.
Murtezaj has said that the ATK has effectively eliminated access to means from emergency fiscal package.
