The AAK MP and the head of the Commission for Health and Social Goodness, Albena Resiti, in her address to the Kosovo Assembly, has said it is necessary to establish the parliamentary commission that would investigate the management of pandemic by the past Kosovo government.
Reshimaj, has said that the commission has consistently followed the management of pandemic.
“The Commission for Health and Social Management, as the functional commission of the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, within its responsibilities and competencies, has been active all the time since even our country was involved in the Davivar-19 virus pandemic. From what we have seen all the time, since the country began to face the virus, I consider that the proposal for the formation of the parliamentary investigative commission concerning the management of pandemic by the former government of the Republic of Kosovo is the necessary mass of”, it has said.
Resitij has said the figures speak that so far in the country we have 1242 infected, healed 871 and 31 people dead in Kosovo.
She made a long presentation of key moments of pandemic management.
Earlier, the health ministry has been charged with misusing financial means during the pandemic period.
