Rama has particularly criticised the announcement issued by the Special Prosecutor, labeling it a pamphlet of indignation, which, according to him, gives the impression that Kosovo has been an aggressor and not a victim country.
“Imagine someone who does not know the circumstances of Kosovo's submission, what perceptions arise when reading yesterday's news. In that text, it looks like you read about the homeland of the aggressors, not the country of victims of aggression”, Rama said in the Parliament.
Rama has said the Special Prosecutor's announcement is also an unintelligible act in the matter of law enforcement.
And at the end of the day, that inflammatory text, which is not the indictment itself, but it's just an unintelligible prelude in judicial terms and in terms of procedure as a fair justice.
