The National Public Health of Kosovo has reported that since the relief of measures for several activities has begun, they have traced new cases of COVID-19, adding to the risk of outbreaks of new epidemic sites in several Kosovo municipalities, and in particular in the municipality of Pristina, Vushtrri, Prizren and Fusha Kosovo from remote failure and the failure to keep masks.
The Institute through communique has appealed citizens, businesses, gastronomia, to strictly respect physical distance, use of masks, disinfectation and ventilation of locals, preventing the eventual spread of infection and avoiding spread in closed spaces.
The National Institute of Public Health and the Health Ministry recommend rigorously respect to the protective measures, and in particular implementation of the plan for relief measures that imply continuing to implement the recommendations further.
AUV's subspectorial inspections and municipal inspectors must certainly implement the Law for Inspectorate and the Law for preventing infectious diseases and taking responsibility measures in the event of the National Institute's eventual implementation of recommendations. Any violation of rules by anyone will be considered endangering the health and life of others”, the communiques say.
Full communication:
Dear citizens!
Since the relief of measures for several activities has begun, we have traced new cases of COVID-19 adding to the risk of outbreaks of new epidemic sites in several Kosovo municipalities, and in particular to the municipality of Pristina, Vushtrria, Prizren and Fuë Kosovo from remote failure and the failure to keep masks.
The lack of care of some citizens during these activities may increase the risk of spreading the infection while the SARS-COV-2 virus is present and the health system can be overloaded with unscheduled effects to the extent that it can pose a risk to citizens' lives.
Based on this, the National Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health recommends that rigorously respect adequate safeguard clauses, and in particular implementation of the plan for facilitating measures meaning continuing to implement further recommendations.
We prefer citizens, businesses, gastronomia, to strictly respect physical distance, use of masks, disinfectation, and ventilation of locals, enabling the eventual spread of infection and avoidance of spread in closed spaces.
The AUV's and municipal Inspectorates' Sanitary Inspectorates must certainly implement the Law for Inspectorate and the Law to prevent infectious diseases and take responsibility measures in the event that the National Institute's eventual implementation of recommendations.
Any violation of rules by everyone will be considered a threat to the health and life of others.
No one has the right to risk the lives of relatives, elderly people, and chronically ill ones because of their negligence and failure to apply recommendations.
Every step forward, you even carry the risk with you while the virus is still among us. Maintain this stable situation in view of the worst epidemic situation in many countries of the world.
Keep your physical distance and mask on!
Wash your hands carefully several times a day for 20/30 seconds!
Relief of the movement does not mean disrespecting the recommendations of the national public health institute and the health ministry!
The relief of the measures has been made to make us more responsible!
Please be careful because there is still a danger of spreading to places where there is a great gathering of people!
Thank you for your understanding.
