Kosovo Assembly MP, representing the Social Democrat Initiative, has been charged by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina for the attack allegedly made to portal journalist “Indexline” Ensar Ramadani, December 17, 2019.
The Foundation Procurory in Pristina, in 10,02.20, has filed Aktakuza to the person with the E.S. initials, in the direction of criminal activity “Attack”, from Article 184 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
