Prime Minister Hoti does not charge VV or PDK with failing to pass international agreements

He has demanded that the Assembly pave the way for discussion on the revised budget, in order to support Kosovo businesses that are at risk of disappearing, and workers who have not received salaries.
For such non-accusing speeches against political rivals, historic President Ibrahim Rugova was also known.
The vote on agreement failed due to lack of quorum as a result of leaving the hearings of VV and PDK deputies.

The Kosovo Parliament failed to vote five international agreements today! These documents, which are expected to be voted, are of particular importance because they are economic agreements on investment and development projects in Kosovo!
Kosovo citizens urgently need institutional support, while the Government of Kosovo should be allowed to continue implementing measures within the package for economic recovery!
So, I invite the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly, At least when we're dealing with development projects and support funds for infrastructure, take the constitutional responsibilities that belong to us! In the country, discussion on the revised budget should be opened, to take care of businesses that are at risk of disappearing, to come to the side of workers who have not received salaries, to protect local production and to support citizens in need
