The call for postponement of these countries has been put forward by the Kosovo National Ball Organisation; National Ball of Kosovo; Gradanska Inniciativa Gore; The Albanian Democratic Party of Kosovo and NISMA Social Democrats.
Understanding the circumstances in which the country is located due to the pandemic, members of the CEC agreed to approve the demands of these political parties.
CEC Chairman Valdete Daka has said that these have been on the run.

CEC member Arian Elshani has said that because of the pandemic these parties cannot reach the electoral assembly.
