Diplomats, journalists and geopolitical connoisseur these days have reacted after the publication of the indictment's initiative against Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, as well as PDK Chairman Kadri Weselin.
They have said that the European Union has put the US-led Kosovo-Serbia summit under attack.
The two renowned experts at the “American Enterprise” Institute, Dalibor Rohac and Ivana Stradner, through a joint opinion published in National Review, have said the response against the White House summit from Europe was completely cold.
The EU, according to them, has systematically worked to prevent an agreement at the White House by the Trump administration.
News of this summit's collapse seems to have mostly delighted the Europeans, who are already trying to make enormous significance to the Paris Summit, warned on July 17th.
The European Union has before it an unexpected opportunity to return to the lead role of the talks”, Wolfgang Petritsch, former European Union's special envoy for Kosovo, has said in 1998-99.
But, as it seems, holding this summit will be difficult and feasible, since the US is unlikely to give Europeans the failure they made to the Washington Summit.
Diplomatic sources teach that there is already movement towards a plan for the failure of the Paris Summit and to make sure that Kosovo's dialogue goes into the hands of Europeans.
Even the insistence of President Trump's special envoy, Richard Green, on getting a meeting in the White House as soon as possible between the Kosovar and Serb sides, seems to lead this direction.
Confrontations between America and the EU have escalated the time of the end, which have fought each other very openly in the international arena.
Knowing that Kosovo has firm trust in The US, then, is expected to not participate in the Paris meeting scheduled for next month under current circumstances.
