Nexmerdin Spahiu: Serbia should say how much money you want to know us

Political analyst Nedmendin Spahiu says Serbia's recognition cannot be taken without giving something. But, he says the Government should set a price until it can be seriously damaged, otherwise, according to him, the status quo should remain.

It is our national interest to bargain with Belgrade. Of course, he must give something, or he has to go and put pressure on me or raise his ear. Our allies cannot do what they did in 1999 because today it is Putin and not Jelcini”.

Spahiu in Info Magazine said it is for the Kosovo side's consensus in dialogue with Serbia.

There must be consensus in such an important bargain. It depends on how much we know of society what is the easiest and easiest bargain. Serbia has to change the Constitution, and Serbia has an academy, and it has a church that is very substantial. We have to set a price that we can give, if not keep the status quo”.

However, Spahiu said that in the event of maintaining the status quo, there is risk of going back.
