Despite publicly expressing themselves against drafting a separate law against COVID-19, as well as Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and even the Health Ministry, such initiative has been undertaken by another institutional body operating within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB).
The International Group for Incident Management has decided to undertake an initiative to draft a special anti law. CO VID-19, writes KOHA.
In a response to the paper, the MPB media office has not provided details about this initiative only because they have confirmed it and have said they are in the initial phase of drafting this law.
“The Inter-institution Management Group has taken an initiative to draft anti-law COVID-19. We're still in the initiative phase”, says this office's response.
