Sami Retkocer has said that justice organs will handle the content of the indictment after 12 people have damaged the mosque's foundation stone worth 6 thousand euros, KTV reports.
According to him, the petition for mosque construction has exceeded the other contrary petition.
Ceatin Retkoceri, one of the opponents of this mosque, has said that the damage to the foundation stone was done after the work started without any permission from the municipality and adds that the indictment has no legal basis.

Lipjan Community spokesman Diamonds Bytyqi has confirmed that residents of the village of Llugagji have been assigned location for mosque construction, as required and given construction permits.
