This regime begins from midnight on Sunday, June 21, 2020, and is valid until a second decision by the Crisis Operations Unit in Podgorica.
This restriction excludes travelers who have a basic function/need, such as:
health professionals, medical researchers;
The personnel engaged in transporting goods and any other transport personnel;
The diplomats, staff of international organisations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers during their operations;
Special passenger Categors in transit;
Or for other humanitarian reasons.
