Mandl, who is part of European People's Party, tweeted that it is shameful how Kosovars are the only ones in the Balkans who can still no longer move freely to the EU Schengen zone

The “peoples of all Balkan states can visit the EU without visas. All states? No. The people of Kosovo still have to prepare documents and pay to visit friends and family members. Sometimes they get rejected. Shame. The German presidency can play a key role to fix this”, Mandl wrote.
