Who wants to lead the dialogue, Hoti: We do not need to fight over this matter

Kosovo's prime minister says the Constitution clears the issue of who will be the leader of the dialogue, Periscopi conveys.

The guy at Pressing says there's no need to fight for this because the most important thing is what's going to be discussed there.
