In the case of teacher Nikola Mark Kurhanaj's death today in Prizren, LDK President Isa Mustafa has expressed condolences to the Krhanaj family and the citizens of Prizren:
With deep grief, I received news of the death of the writer and prominent activities, teacher Nicole Mark Kurhanaj.
Nicole Mark Kurhanaj was a well - loved writer, historian, ethnologist, and teacher. With his work and engagement over the past decades, he has made very valuable contributions to the history in Kosovo.
Nicholas Kurhanaj will be remembered as one of the most loving and inspiring intellectuals and historians for generations.
His death is a great loss for the family and the entire literary community in our country, while his literary and scientific activity will live and serve as the guide of generations.
In my name and on behalf of LDK, I express condolences to the Korhanaj family, friends, colleagues, all LDK structures in Prizren and all citizens.
