Kosovo institutions for the last time are allowing Serbia's elections in Kosovo, but the Constitution of Kosovo has not envisioned that another state can organise elections in our country.
It's not even meant to be an international organization like this, O. The SEU could be allowed to hold elections in Kosovo.
This, since the only institution that can organise elections in our country, according to the constitution's 139th, is the Central Election Commission.
“The Central Election Commission is the permanent body that prepares, supervises, directs and confirms all actions involving the election process and referenda and announces their results”, says at the 1st point of this provisions of the Constitution.
Otherwise, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has stated yesterday that elections in the north are held with his permission, as he emphasised such types of elections have been held since 2011.
While the opposition party, the Vetevendosje Movement, has been described as kneeling before them. While the presidency and other political subjects had no reaction so far.
