Afarist Ramiz Kelmendi has declared there is no remaining economic activity that has not suffered from the Devid-19 pandemic, also starting from 30 per cent to 100 per cent.

He has said that pandemic has caused tectonic damage to the world economy. In his view, measures should be taken for Sanim and development.

“The government must find ways to scan the deficit in budget revenues, it seems to enable all businesses and citizens, so that all loans are extended for a year, the government should subsidise the share of bad loans”, he said, adding the government would lack about 70 per cent of the means it has in advance.

Kelmendi at Tv Dukaagjini, has said that in his opinion, remittances will suffer for 250 million.

According to him, the government should not view private business as misuse. Meanwhile, Kelmendi said Kosovo institutions would have to lift the excise, remove customs, and release or pay in profit, which is at 10 per cent provided it is invested.

If we say we have unworked land, it is not the fault of the citizen, but of the government and legislation”, he said.

Kemendi added that Kosovo has set up customs for America 10 per cent, while Serbia has no customs at all.
