They have even staged protests several times.
A few weeks before the break of the education process in the country due to Covid 19's pandemic, former Education Minister Hykmete Bajrami and Kamenica Chairman Central Kastrati have reached agreement to suspend the decision on reforms in two villages of Kamenica, Korea and Topanic.
But Kamenica's chairman, Stayn Kastrati, is not giving up these reforms.
According to him, about 100 students in this municipality are in danger of losing their year because of nonparticipation in the education process.
We'll find the best way, but we'll come where there's no point where there's going to be 1 student or 2 class because they won't be able to develop like their peers in Kosovo and beyond. Likely, some students have refused the opportunity they take part in class, and in all likelihood they have lost the year and will repeat it. Because she's safe because that's what the law predicts. The number of students who will likely lose the year is about 100”, said the first in the Kamenica municipality, Central Kastrati.
