“The house is not held without friends” said President of History Ibrahim Rugova.
This was confirmed during yesterday's day when the MCC Challenge Corporation has unblocked the $250m fund for the Republic of Kosovo. There is no state official who dares either now or in the future harm our reports with the United States, because our friendship is sacred.
Otherwise, Milenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has again activated its programme in Kosovo, following the removal of reciprocity measures from the Hoti Government.
The Kosovo qualification process for MCC funds has been led by former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga. After the end of its mandate, the development of the MCC programme has been delivered to the Government of Kosovo.
