Through a post in his Facebook account, Syla has asked why the Political Prisoners' Association is holding off.

“Why is the Association of Kosovo Policy Prisoners silent?” wrote former political prisoner Ismail Syla.

The Policy Prison Society, according to online data, has over 30,000 members.
