PDK branch general secretary in Prizren, Visar Islamaj, has accused Prizren chairman Mytaher Haskuka of ignoring the collective contract signed by the Organisation for the Protection of Education and MAST Workers' Rights, and of setting aside rights, obligations and benefits for education workers, some of which are jubilary salaries, the right to food, compensation for travel, etc.
According to him, the ignorance and negligence being done to education workers is once again attested to Haskuca's inability to govern the city, while proven to be. The PDK, which has dignifiedly treated the sacred category of society, such as long-suffered teachers.
Visar Islamaj's complete Facebook comment:
Education is one of the main pillars of the State, and teachers are the cornerstone of society.
We all take pride in solidarity and their commitment to keeping education alive at the most difficult time our people and our country went through. As it is known, instruction was conducted in houses-school, according to parallel organisation, with many difficulties and in extremely difficult economic and political conditions, rejecting submission to Belgrade's policy and never counting on compensation for their work.
But this pride does not include Mytaher Haskuka, who ignored the collective contract signed by the Organization for the Protection of Education and STAT Workers' Rights, where rights, obligations and benefits are laid off for educational workers, some of which are jubilee salaries, the right to food, compensation for travel and so forth. The mood, Myta during the campaign promised more favourable conditions than the past government led by the PDK, meanwhile, stopped for a moment to think about their rights, rather, more careful to exercise control over the employment of the VV militants, and to appoint and dismiss some politically and not competent directors to the Education Directorate, with what grossly degraded the prisrenean education system.
Jubilary pay is the fundamental right of each teacher, who in most cases are doing it through judicial ways, which has double costs for municipality and teachers. The municipality is forced to pay the fees of senior and judicial services violently, while educators are caused losses from that small salary to pay lawyers for lawsuits and complaints. It is the last time the local government makes proper budget planning, including obligations to education workers, and just as it is envisioned with the collective contract where, on March 7th, the jubilary wages are enjoyed, and educators don't wander the offices of lawyers and magistrates.
With this ignorance and negligence being done to education workers is once again proven Myth's inability to govern the city is proven to be The PDK, which has dignifiedly treated the sacred category of society, such as long-suffered teachers. It is noteworthy that it is time for citizens in general, while education workers in particular, to reflect by doing the comparison of work during the PDK government and, now, of the VV.
