The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has only one answer for Haki Abaz of the VV, who said today Mustafa should be questioned for Ahmet Krasniqi's murder and three per cent.
Vetevendosje's Hakki Abazi today has said LDK leader Isa Mustafa should be questioned in the case of Ahmet Krasniqi's murder and the 3 per cent Fund
But, the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, it seems, has no intention of dealing more with Abbas' statements.
“Let's go to the doctor and check on”, Mustafa told Gazeta Express when he was asked how he comments Abaz's statements against him.
Meanwhile, Abazi has said Mustafa should be questioned by the State Prosecutor, about the knowledge he claims Ahmet Krasniqi's murder and the 3 per cent fund.
He says for questioning Mustafa, there is no need for any special court.
“Isa Mustafa must be questioned by the state prosecutor for his knowledge of Ahmet Krasniqi's murder and also on the 3% fund issue that for the first time, the state fund has been returned to the UFORK fund... there is no special court need for this, justice in Kosovo should start operating”, Abazi has written.
Must be addressed to allow the return of democracy and the state's move to full”, Abazi has concluded.
This Abaz reaction has come after a Mustaf stand yesterday, where he said dialogue should be independent of the Special Court.
Mustafa through a Facebook stand said it is dangerous for the country to put dialogue with Serbia in the context of Special Chambers of the Special Court.
The court must be independent of the division of justice. As should independent dialogue. The logic of preventing any agreement in Washington or Brussels, I don't believe it is and it should be the logic of a trial. Because she needs to share justice, for what's founded”, writes Mustafa on Facebook.
Commenting on Wolfgang Petritsch's recent reactions, the former European Union's special envoy for Kosovo in 1998-99, and Carl Bildt, co-chairman of the European Council for Foreign Relations, that America's initiative for Kosovo- Serbia is failing because of raising the indictment to President Hashim Thaci, Mustafa has said it is difficult to leave someone to dialogue with the logic of their comments.
