An indictment of the murder of 11-year-old in Fushe Kosovo, the victim was sexually violated three times

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on April 27th has filed charges against defendants S.O., in the direction of criminal acts “heavy murder” and “Dunimi”.

According to the prosecution, the defendant on July 11, 2019, in Fushe Kosovo, having violated the victim K.V., then killed him.

K. Wessel was found dead on Thursday, July 11, 19, down the stairs of a residential complex in the neighborhood of Jémail Mustafa~

His mother has charged a 20-year-old with rape and then murder the boy. The case of sexual abuse she had reported to the police in January of this year. But the police had filed only criminal charges against the suspects. The autopsy on the body of the late 11-year-old shows that he was violated three times.
