According to Hoti, Kosovo's delegation for this meeting will be formed in the coming days, while adding that it will represent the Government of Kosovo.
At the meeting in Washington we begin the dialogue process for mutual recognition. At that meeting I will represent the Kosovo government under the Constitution. The delegation will be formed in the coming days. We have no hesitation in this regard. What we've done during these days, as you've seen, we've been coordinating within the coalition to build our stand, which we've made public. We've reached out to the opposition, we've asked them to listen. We've informed our friendly positions. We need to build consensus with the opposition's involvement”, Hoti has said.
“We go to this meeting with the clear position of the state of Kosovo to begin dialogue on mutual recognition. This is not the dialogue for normalisation of relations, it is the derivatives of recognition. I think there's a lot of conspiracy on this issue, we sit in dialogue as an equal side. For the exchange of territories you're raising hypothesiss. To remove these hypothesiss we have the platform for dialogue. I have no warrant to discuss territorial exchange. I believe we've set a frame. I'm not going there to discuss topics that run into the Constitution, but also our” positions, Hoti has declared at the media conference.
