Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia that will resume in Washington, America, will begin with economic issues, even though the problem is political cigar.

We'll start the dialogue with economic issues between the two countries. The problem between Kosovo and Serbia is political cigars. Serbia's problem is that it doesn't recognise Kosovo, but we will start with economic issues”, Hoti says. After the meeting in Washington, we will have clear details, the biggest focus of this meeting will be fruitful, two major topics, the issue of railways, and the highway, the agenda will be of economic focus between the two countries”, Hoti said at Pressing/Periscopi.
