Hoti: U.S., creative assistant to new dialogue process

In the intervention in the Kosovo Assembly, Hoti has said that Kosovo is now under new circumstances in dialogue, a few days after the two states meet in Washington at the invitation of US envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Richard Green.
