Kosovo Health Minister Andmend Zemaj has reported today to the Commission for Health and Social Goodness.
Before members of the Commission, Zemaj has said that once he receives the mandate, he has faced large numbers of COVID-19 cases.
With the mandate received, we are facing an increase in the number of cases that are the result of the release of measures that have started on May 4th. The third opening phase has started in the decision of the former Kosovo government, which has to do with opening six border points, removing veto measures for those who had no negative test no older than 72 hours”, Zemaj has said.
He also talked about the manual published by the Ministry of Health, which he said would be updated, and that the same is the same.
“MSH has drafted the manual for protection from COVID-19. This manual specifys details about the way we work at every activity. The manual will be constantly updated and presents a summary of IKSHPK professionals' instructions, he said.
Zemaj has also underlined that in the current phase, other reliefs can be made only after all measures are implemented.
