HANDICOS criticises the sidewalks of Shpend Ahmeti: Do not use “s for the eye of page”

Imagine if the sidewalks on the streets of your city on which you walked were inappropriate for you to move about easily. That's the problem with disabled people in our country.
Handikos has recorded some of the violations of “Administrative Direction 33/2007” that regulates such a case.
Pristina's <x0m>communa and contracted companies do not do the job as eye-to-face, but stick to Administrative Guide 33/2007, which regulates the infrastructure standard approach in Kosovo. It says Handiko's reaction, Periscope follows.
Limited persons continue to suffer inequity treatment and social stigmatism. A large number of disabled children continue to remain outside Kosovo's school system.
