After lifting reciprocity against Serbia, Kosovo today received good news. Today, the US government's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has welcomed the abolition of reciprocity against Serbia and has announced the resumption of implementation of economic development programmes in Kosovo.
And to that decision, the US Special Emissary has responded to dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Richard Green.
He on Twitter has distributed the post of Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, who expressed joy in the decision made by the MCC today.

Among other things, Hoti wrote he welcomes the MCC's decision to unlock aid for Kosovo.
Kosovo's “Government welcomes the MCC's decision to unlock funds and continue implementing its programme, as well as the development of the proposed compact programme for Kosovo”, Hoti wrote.
Richard Green, following the removal of reciprocity, is expected to start his active commitment to the resumption of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
This was confirmed by his office, under which Yerenelli will start his commitments to the dialogue process immediately after the removal of trade barriers that are hindering the process.
