The government yesterday made a decision to reopen public and private nests, but this has been rejected by Kosovo mayors.
During Sunday, in the evening hours, Kosovo's incumbent government in the midst of relief measures had made a decision that even public and private nests for children between 0 and 5 years of age are reopened starting today.
However, Kosovo mayors have estimated there has been a lack of co-ordination between the central and local levels for nesting.
Through an announcement, the chairman of the Association of Communists, Saban Ibrahimi, has said that today he has not started his nesting work because, according to him, the announcement and decision of central institutions was announced yesterday afternoon, thus adding confusion to pre-school carriers and his parents themselves.
The Kosovo Communist Association has asked for better and effective central co-ordination institutions, not only for prevention of pandemic but also for other issues of public interest, the news writes.
Full announcement, no interference:
P SE DO NOT IT IS RUCTION TODAY INSTITU COONET PRESHCOLAND WRITER IN COMMUNT COSOWAY?
Today, nests and gardens in Kosovo municipalities do not start working because the announcement and decision of central institutions was announced yesterday afternoon and adding confusion in late evening hours to both central institutions and pre-school institutions and parents themselves.
The mayors of the municipalities estimate that in this case, there was a total lack of institutional co-ordination between the Government and the Communists themselves, and unfortunately it is not the first time we believe it will be the last time.
The Kosovo Communists Association requires once again from central institutions better and effective co-ordination for the common good, and not only in preventing the Avid-19 pandemic but also in other issues of public interest.
On this issue, we first had two versions as an opening date, June 1 and 8th. Then, at the announcement of the decision, announced by means of information, he told them that this reopening has new criteria. And the criteria were not public, nor were they sent to the municipalities. There was no clear and complete information about such important activity as day nests and gardens.
Later, just before midnight the municipalities accepted the travel for the reopening of pre-school institutions and gardens after the pandemic of COVIDD-1950. According to this document, the preparation phase of the opening of preschool institutions takes several days, since there is a host of measures in full implementation of the Guide and to ensure the health of our children.
In addition to these criteria from the Pre-school Intelligence Guide, other issues, such as nest overcrowding, food and cleaning issues, such as three basic elements in measures for preventing the spread of the Carded-19 pandemic.
So, taken on the basis of all of this, it may be estimated why the municipalities have acted justly that they have not allowed the opening of these institutions on June 1st without preparation under the Guide.
Meanwhile, Kosovo's municipalities have immediately begun commitments to implement criteria and measures by the Ambassador for the reopening of pre-school institutions and gardens after the pandemic of COVID-19CHA and the safer and secure preparation of nesting and gardens.
After full implementation of this guidance on the part of municipalities, day-to-day nests and gardens will be opened and will be under the increased care of municipal structures.
