The Constitutional Court in Gjakova ) the Randa Crime Department has declared a conviction case against accused E.B. for criminal work, “Murder” and “Keeping unauthorized possession of weapons”.
The accused E.B. He has been convicted and pronounced a unique prison sentence for two long-term criminal acts in which the sentence will be counted as the time spent in detention from November 1, 2017.
The accused has been obliged to pay the procedureal expenses in the amount of 1,521.68 euros, the expenses of the judiciary in the amount of 400 euros, as well as the amount of 50 euros, in the name of compensation for crime victims in the 15-day term after the integrity of this bias.
During the trial review conducted two days ago, accused E.B. has pleaded guilty that on November 1st 2017 in Gjakova, right in kebabtoren “T-B” has deliberately deprived the deceased A.H. because of a disagreement that the accused had had had long before with the deceased.
The accused's detention measures are continued until the integrity of the indictment. The side has a right to complaint against this act at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
