The German Institute for Contagious Disease “Robert Koch” has announced that during the past 24 hours in Germany, 678 new cases of coronary have been recorded.
This institute reported that the total number of victims is 8,882, though the figure was 8,883 the previous day. No explanation has been given why Sunday's number is less than Saturday's number, writes the Guardian”.
However, this implies that during the past 24 hours, no new victims of coronary have been identified in the country with the largest population in Europe.
Germany is among the countries with the highest number of infected in Europe, but there are apparently fewer victims than Great Britain, Italy, France and Spain.
The German government has prepared financial packages for economic recovery and has begun to remove restrictive measures, including the removal of border controls with countries in the Schengen Zone.
