Chinese citizens will be allowed in principle, but only after China lifts its ban on EU citizens.
The European Council has launched the written formal procedure for adopting the” agreement, EU diplomats said.
The deal comes three months after the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein closed the external borders for all non-elebous travel due to the new coronobrus pandemic. /Atsh
