The Kosovo side will most likely be represented by Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
There is still no confirmation of who will be the official Belgrade representative.
This round will be organised before the parties travel to Washington to participate in a negotiation process mediated by US envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Richard Green.
Continued dialogue in Brussels follows special representative's visit The EU for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak in Pristina and Belgrade.
Lajcak said in Pristina last week that he knew the dates of dialogue, but that he would make them public after consulting with the parties. Lajcak is staying in Belgrade on Monday, where he is scheduled to meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
This round of talks in Brussels will mark the formal resumption of dialogue, which was suspended in November 2018 due to the introduction of a 100 per cent tax of goods imported from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina by the former Kosovo government led by Ramush Haradinaj. The tax was later abolished, as well as reciprocity measures that were imposed by former Prime Minister Albin Kurti's government.
Otherwise, it was Richard Green who has indicated that the US-mediated dialogue will resume on 27 June at the White House.
