Apostolova has written on Twitter that failure to ratify the agreement under EU programmes for fiscalisation and customs cannot defeat Kosovo in modernisation, Express newspaper reports.

Yesterday's session of the Kosovo Assembly was meant to take place review of the Bill for the ratification of the Convention on the Finance of the Property and Geospace Infrastructure Project between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association, as well as the review of the Bill for the ratification of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kosovo on Kosovo's participation in the <x0Dogan 2020” programme but that the same were not ratified.
