After the establishment of the government, Hoti France and Germany ready for Sam in Paris

Paris and Berlin have welcomed the commitment of Miroslav Lajcak and Josep Borelli to facilitate dialogue and reach an agreement that will be long-term and contribute to the stability of the region.

“During the meeting, the two ambassadors have called for quick resumption of dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, especially after the new government was established in Kosovo. They have welcomed EU efforts to facilitate dialogue through emissary Miroslav Lajcak, and EU High Representative Josep Borelli, to reach a legally binding, long-term agreement and would contribute to the stability of the region”, said a media communique issued by the French Embassy in Serbia.

Theka has mentioned the joint letter of the two Heiko Mass and Jean Yves Le Drian published on May 23rd, the two ambassadors have said France and Germany are willing to contribute to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue in all possible ways.

The French ambassador has even mentioned France's readiness for the organisation of the Paris Summit, following the organisation of that Berlin member in April 2019.

The two ambassadors have also voiced their hope that Kosovo will remove non-tariff barriers to Serbia's products and have called for the two sides to refrain from actions that undermine the atmosphere of co-operation, with the goal of creating conditions for restarting dialogue.
