Former director of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Kosovo, Eset Berisha, has today handed over criminal speculation to former Prime Minister Albin Kurti and former Deputy Prime Minister Haki Abazi at the Pristina Foundation Court.
Berisha has taken this move after causing no formal procedure envisioned by law, Periscopi broadcasts.
Berisha has reported on Facebook that Kurti has also filed an indictment of insult and slander.
Berisha's announcement:
Today I handed over a criminal complaint to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, to former Prime Minister Albin Kurti and former Deputy Prime Minister Hakki Abazi because of the dismissal without the formal procedure envisioned by law (i.e. investigation, disciplinary or administrative) with violations of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution, laws, and applicable international acts in the Republic of Kosovo,
to former Deputy Prime Minister Abazi, even because of the suspicion of falsification of the official document (“of false content<x1) and of manipulation of evidence in all points of his 14-page ruling, among other things in hiding:
) Interior auditing report by the finance ministry;
The Independent Council Civil Service Report;
Court Locations
Other official records
To former Prime Minister Kurti I have filed a lawsuit of insult and slander against me at the press conference on May 13th 2020, not for “amlica, amelika” but because of my label as corrupt “” even though without any evidence or single evidence.
Unlike Mr. Kurt, who's full of “Crecillation and correction, I'm #head of my actions and decisions in combating lawlessness at #Autoriity Cevili Kosova and beyond.
Because, I believe, it is illegal to hold the office of the director of the department without qualifications, without a degree of basic studies, and much more public financing of education at master's level abroad, as well as the lack of a degree of basic studies. That's what newspapers have written before.
And for these directors, departments were established that had their own educational aviation inspectors abroad working without any hope of future advancement. Some directors had no other official, besides the director, who is paid over 2,000 euros a month, contrary to the demands of the State Administration law that envision at least 7 employees for a department, and not without reason, but because of the most rational budget spending.
Because, it is illegal to create and allow monopolies in the economy, much more, institutional inaction against them.
That's what I fought for, and I'm... a soldier for it!
Eh, Mr. Kurt now has to reason, why hasn't he implemented any official procedures for dismissal, as envisioned by the labour law and other laws, while Mr. Abazi, to reason, why he has lied several times in official paperwork, has found violations of laws against judicial decisions that have proven otherwise, and why he has not included in his writing documents and evidence that he had in his possession before writing it. All these evidence is now owned by the prosecution.
Fortunately, we live in a country with Constitutions and laws which guarantee fundamental human rights protected by international conventions and in which violation of these rights is sanctioned by our good Criminal Code.
