The embassy explains the reaction Kurt called “the paragraph”: We do it to protect American citizens.

Albin Kurti, as he commented on the American warning of today's VV) protest, called “renegotiation template”. Glauk Konjufca went further last night, saying embassys don't need to remember the VVU. But, the US Embassy in an answer to Gazeta Express says its warning of [the] protest....
The Vetevendosje movement returns to Pristina squares today, days after Albin Kurti issued the prime minister's office but not for protest. The VV has chosen the date of its establishment to organize what they are calling a gathering, although they had warned protests to call for new elections.
The American Embassy days ago issued communiques, urging its staff and American citizens to avoid major squares during the VVA rally.
In the communiqué, the embassy referred to what VVA has organised as protest (“collection”). VVI leader Albin Kurti said this communique was just a template released as a common by the embassy.
In a response to the Journal Express, the American Embassy says the communique for the Vetevendosje rally was a standard form used worldwide to appeal to its citizens for care, whenever gatherings are organised.
“Yes. Part of the American Embassy's role is to ensure security for American citizens, and when major events are reported, we use the standard message system to appeal to the community for awareness. It's not an approval, indifference or speculation on what happens or doesn't happen in the event. These messages are standard operating procedures worldwide, and we use similar languages to ensure a transparent process of”, said the embassy's response.
The American Embassy in its communiqué issued early in the week said large gatherings have the potential to turn into violence.
Some events were warned from June 10th to June 17th, 2020. These events include not only the 21st anniversary of Kosovo's liberation and the 15th anniversary of the Vetevendosje Movement. The VV is organising a protest “collection” on June 12th, at Skenderbeu Square, Pristina. U.S. government personnel and citizens are advised to avoid demonstrations and to be careful if they are near any large rally, protest or demonstration. Even peaceful advertising can soon turn violent. Massive collections could turn into super-species of COVID-19”- reports the U.S. Embassy.
Kurt yesterday said something like that would not happen at the VVA rally and said the embassy has issued a slogan notice.
They have a template communique they use when there are gatherings. The gathering is peaceful, public. There will be protests, this is inevitable, but on Friday, June 12 it won't be like that”, Kurti said one day before the protest.
Meanwhile, LVVA leadership member Glauk Konjufca said yesterday that they are aware of the risk of spreading the choreography, and that they would be taken care of without the embassy remembering the risks.
There's no need to remind us of no one's embassies like holding gatherings. We know that if five thousand people gather together, the coronary spreads. For that reason the gathering will be kept with points that have two meters of”, Konjufca said in Dukajini.
Analyst Fitim Salihu believes the US Embassy has not issued communiqués on any prejudice or speculation about Vetevendosje, but are informed of its prosperity.
The embassy does not react based on resentment, prejudice, or speculation. Every word of her warning about the suspicious security situation, the American Embassy bases it on information and its qualified intelligence. I have no doubt that this time it was also”, Salihu said of the Express Journal.
The Vetevendosje movement has warned it today to hold the rally in Pristina's main square in honour of its 15th anniversary of its establishment, which coincides with the anniversary of Kosovo's Klirim.
LVV) has warned protests to call for elections, as the Constitutional Court, with the conviction of May 28th, gave Avdullah Hoti the right to appear in a vote to become prime minister.
Prior to this official rally, several “prova” from LVV) were made in Pristina squares, where it was illustrated how they would invade the streets to express their dissatisfaction from President Hashim Thaci's decree of terming Hoti, to forming the new government, which took over Kurti's post.
