Driver tests to be monitored by MPB

Minister of Internal Affairs Agim Veliu, and Minister of the Ministry of Infrastructure Arba Abashi, have signed a memorandum of co-operation today.
This memorandum is aimed at a deal between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Infrastructure for the participation of staff authorised by MPBs in the quality of monitoring of the driver's exams, as well as the description of conditions and the mode of participation of MPB officials.
Under Article 124, Law No. 05 L-064 for Driver Patenta, participants in monitoring the exam, will also be authorised MPB officials.
Also, MI ensures that the driver tests will include officials authorised by MPB.
Furthermore, this memorandum says that officials authorised by MPB and MI will engage in the decision of the MI minister.
With the signing of the Memorandum, MI and MPB agree that the data from the participation in tests will be confidential, and as such, will only be used for the purposes of this memorandum, and the same, will not be distributed to other unauthorized parties.
