The daily increase in cases has fluctuated in recent days, as targeted tests have been conducted in several countries.
On Friday morning, tests began at a mine in the Karvina region on the border with Poland.
This is the most affected region in the Czech Republic, with about 90 cases confirmed with COVID-19 for 100,000 people.
So far, the Czech Republic has recorded 11 038 cases of coronary and 349 victims.
