The Kosovo Judiciary Council has announced that based on lifting the restrictions of movement on the part of the Ministry of Health (MSH) and on recommendations from the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK), it has made a decision to start work today in all courts of the Republic of Kosovo, but without the presence of media and public, implementing IKSHP recommendations for measures against the COVID-19 virus.
“The complete decision will be published as soon as it is ready. KDP members approved the draft proposal for the Emergency Crisis Management Plan prepared by the Commission for Court Management and the Commission for Standard Affairs, whose goal is to ensure the management of the Kosovo judicial system by adapting to emergency circumstances. Also, this plan can serve as a basic document for future crisis management, including other emergency health situations, natural disasters or security threats circumstances.”, the report said.
