Confirmed: President Thaci postpones extraordinary elections in the north

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has postponed holding elections in North Mitrovica, due to the Comid-19 pandemic. Northern Mitrovica was left without a chairman after Goran Rakic was appointed deputy prime minister, and by law, new elections should be held within 45 days. This is President Thaci's decision:
