Communists fail to implement nesting decision

The government's decision in office to open day-to-day nests in all of Kosovo seems to have failed, as many municipalities, including Pristina, announced they would not be able to open nests because they have been announced late and have not made adequate preparations. Pristina Deputy Mayor Selim Pacolli has declared that nests and gardens in the capital will be ready to open tomorrow.
“We are in the continuation of the work, disinfectation and preparation of children's admission to kindergartens and gardens. Of course, tomorrow they'll be ready, some of them not ready. But today it's working on them, and they have to prepare those spaces to be for clean and disinfected children”, he claims.
The guests have not even opened the Suhareka municipality. The mayor of this municipality, Bali Muharremaj, who for Kosova Preress, argues that opening gardens and nests today has been impossible, as they have been announced recently.
He said 3 June he expects to open pre-school institutions for 0-5 years in Suhareka.
“There was a nesting decision yesterday, and I immediately authorized the head of Education to work on this job. Today it's been reported in the morning that nests will be opened on three because today we started cleaning, disinfecting and I believe that by the time they are performed, they begin at 3 and Wednesday, they start nests in a workshop, even in the center of the Mosht and wherever we have a nest. We haven't been able last night to make the decision today because there are some measures we need to take first and then start with work”, Muarremaj stressed.
In addition to these two municipalities, nests today have not opened even several Kosovo municipalities such as Gjakova, Mitrovica, Drenasi, Skenderaj, Obilic, Shkit.
Weekend Mayor Bekim Jashari has announced that public change cannot be opened in this municipality, as they have made the decision by the Government of Kosovo late.
Because of the delay announcement, with the aim of better preparation, taking precautions against COVID-19 infection, and preserving our children's health, the call “Mother Zahide” will not be opened. On its opening date, you will be notified in time. Until then, continue to devote time to your children at home, educate and embody them with the warmth and family manners”, Jashar has gone.
Reaction for the government's decision to open gardens last night has been the first of Gjakova, Ardian Gjini. He has even called this decision noses and has asked parents not to send children to gardens and nurserys today.
The Kosovo government's decision last night to open pre-school institutions has also reacted to the Kosovo Communist Association. They have said that because of the late announcement by central institutions today, day-to-day day day day day day, day-old nests and gardens in Kosovo municipalities are not opening.
The Communist Association has asked the central institutions to have better and effective co-ordination for the common good, and not only in preventing the Devid-19 pandemic but also in other issues of public interest.
“Today, nests and gardens in Kosovo municipalities do not start working because the announcement and decision of central institutions was announced yesterday afternoon and adding confusion in late evening hours to both central institutions and pre-school institutions and parents themselves. The mayors of the municipalities estimate that in this case, there was a total lack of institutional co-ordination between the Government and the Communists themselves, and unfortunately it is not the first time we believe it will be the last time. The Kosovo Communists Association requires once again from central institutions to have better and effective co-ordination for the common good, and not only in preventing the Washington-19 pandemic but also in other issues of public interest”, their response said.
The incumbent Kosovo government, with the aim of preventing COVID19, has closed pre-school institutions on March 13th.
We remember that last night the incumbent Government of Kosovo, with the aim of facilitating measures against the pandemic COVIID19, has decided on nesting, cafes, restaurants, pre-school institutions, land boundaries, gastronomy sector.
